Our artists can make costumes, masks, giant puppets, thematic scenes, balloon decorations and much more. We’ll create the chosen ambiance for your event. We’ll gladly provide you with a cost estimation of your needs. The costumes presented here are creations made especially for the Ottawa’s Parliament Millennium (over 300 costumes and accessories made in 45 days).
